General Terms

Order Processing:
Orders placed outside working hours (9:00 am - 8:00 pm) or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Delivery times may be extended during promotional periods, sales, and public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times:
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays might occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is not delivered within 30 days of confirmation, you are entitled to request a full refund.

Pre-Orders:
Delivery timelines for pre-ordered items may vary and are based on the estimated release date mentioned on the product page.

Fast Worldwide Shipping:
Enjoy quick and efficient delivery, with orders reaching you within 3-7 days globally.

1. Delivery Within the UAE

• Shipping Fee: 30 AED for all orders.

• Delivery Time: Typically 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Failed Delivery:
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt to contact you up to two times. After two failed attempts, the order will be marked as failed. A re-delivery fee of 30 AED will be charged. For cancellations following failed delivery, 30 AED will be deducted from the refund to cover handling costs.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
COD is available only within the UAE.

2. Worldwide Shipping

• Flat Rate: 149 AED for up to 3 items.

• Larger Orders: Contact us at support@mohajerfashion.com for a custom shipping quote.

• Delivery Time: Typically 3-7 business days, depending on the location.

Failed Delivery:
For international orders, the original shipping fee of 149 AED will be reapplied for re-delivery. Canceled orders after failed delivery attempts will have the shipping fee deducted from the refund as a handling charge.

Note: Import duties, taxes, and additional charges are not included in the product or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and may vary based on your country’s customs policies.
