Items must be unaltered, unused, and in their original condition (as received from us or our agents).
Items must include all original packaging, product labels, tags, and instructions. If authenticity cards were provided, they must also be returned.
Packaging:
Items should be returned in their original packaging (box, dust cover, etc.). Damaged packaging may affect eligibility for a full refund.
Proof of Purchase:
Include the original order confirmation with your return.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns and exchanges, as outlined below:
UAE: 30 AED
International: 149 AED
These charges apply even if the original shipping was free. Additional fees may be applied if return shipping incurs unexpected costs.

Refunds are issued for undamaged and eligible items, excluding original delivery fees and any applicable handling fees. Refunds are processed as follows:
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be provided as store credit.
Store Credit: Full refund credited to your Mohajer Fashion account for future purchases (no bank refunds issued).
Third-Party Payment Services: Refunds will adhere to the terms of the respective payment service provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, return it within 14 days for a full refund, including delivery and handling fees.
Replacements may be offered based on stock availability.

Pre-Order Items:
Returns for pre-order items are accepted within 14 days of receipt and are refunded as store credit only.
Gifted Items:
Only the original purchaser can return gifted items. Refunds will be credited to the purchaser’s account.
To exchange an item:
Schedule a collection from your delivery address through your account or by contacting our support team.
Conditions for Exchanges:
Exchanges are available for size changes within the same product only.
Exchange orders will be processed after the original item is approved for return.
Items purchased using coupon codes are not eligible for exchange.
Exchanges are only available for UAE customers.
For International Orders:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs and must ensure the returned item reaches us within 14 days for eligibility.
Mohajer Fashion reserves the right to monitor returns to prevent misuse of the policy. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UAE law.
